Most matrons wore turbans or aigrettes to balls. Turbans are listed in our Specialty Collection section. We have aigrettes as well. These feathery hairpieces are attached with a pin that slides into the hair, doing no damage to a doll's hair. They are not suitable for dolls with plastic hair. Aigrettes are available in a single color or a color mix. Use the links to see each color aigrette modeled, but our coordinating feather fans may also be shown if an aigrette was not available for its picture.
